A General Plan Amendment to the Circulation Map to delete the A portion of Mesquite Avenue, eliminate the Mid Valley Parkway; and add Policy 3.30.14 "Mid Valley Center" to allow for a maximum building height of one hundred feet (100) for a resort hotel.
