The project consists of the financing and construction of a sewer collection system in the City of La Canada Flintridge to serve parcels within an area bounded by th Hoy Canyon Debris Basin, and the Lukens Rail Connection to the North, the east side of La Canada Boulevard to the west, the west side of Gould Avenue to the east and north side of Foothill Boulevard to the south.
