The City proposes to adopt a Historic Preservation Program that includes an updated General Plan Historic Preservation Element, and update Historic Preservation Ordinance, and a Historic Survey. A resources inventory will be developed, guidelines and regulations will be adopted that established standards and processes for preserving and maintaining the City's arhitectural, cultural, and historic resources.
