Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1601 (SAA #R5-2001-0187) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the City of Lemon Grove. The applicant proposes to modify an existing storm drain system by construction of 280 feet of 66-inch diameter and 1,120 feet of 60-inch diameter reinforced concrete storm drain along Federal Boulevard in an underground sanitary sewer alignment between the storm drain outlets under SR-94 just south of College Avenue and a drainage channel at the northeast corner of Central Avenue. The project includes the construction of a headwall, erosion protection wall with security railing, a concrete apron and the placement of 1/4 ton of rip-rap at the mouth of the existing culvert within the existing drainage channel.
