Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of a new building housed within a developed area of the University's existing Corporation Yard. The new building would be approximately 40 feet wide and 150 feet long. The building would be 14 feet high and would encompass approximately 6,000 gross square feet. The site is located at the south end of Parking Lot 11. The building site would be just east of the new Main Distribution Facility building #70 within the University's Corporation Yard and would house approximately 25-30 staff offices. Upon completion of that effort, the building's interior will be modified to house the University Police Department.
