The proposed project consists of a request for a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, and Special Use Permit to develop a church, private school, and office building on a 40.6-acre site. The total proposed project includes 365,000 square feet, of which approximately 20,000 square feet would be dedicated to private office use with the remaining square footage dedicated to the church and private school.
