The proposed project involves construction of new school facilities, the removal of two unneeded buildings and alterations to existing buildings on the Upland Junior High School campus. The proposed project will not significantly increase the existing capacity of the school, but will provide improved, modern educational facilities to meet the needs of future students and comply with ADA requirements.
