The proposed General Plan Update includes nine elements: Administration, Land Use, Circulation, Environmental Resource Management Health and Safety, Public Services, Economic Development, Housing and Agriculture. The General Plan Update also includes an amendment to the Local Coastal Program Land Use Plans.
