Document Description
The proposal includes the creation and development of 53 single-family residential lots (approximately 9.3 acres) on the north-western portion of the site, an elementary school (approximately 9.7 acres) on the northeastern portion of the site, and Phase II of a self storage facility along the southern portion of the site (approximately 7.1 acres). The development includes the construction of D street as the primary access road to the school and the proposed residences. This primary access road would link the development to Valle Del Oro. Phase II of EZ Access Self-Storage will be accessed from San Fernando Road and Carl Court, via the existing EZ Access facility.
