The proposed new residence site is located at 7455 Hillside Drive in the La Jolla Community Planning Area (Portion of lot B of the resubdivision of La Jolla Hills Unit No. 2, Map No. 2087); and the proposed detached garage addition and guest quarters relocation site is located at 6303 La Jolla Scenic Drive South in the La Jolla Community Planning Area (Lot 4, Map No. 4983).
