Document Description
Construction of a 6,110 square foot (sq ft), two-story single-family residence with attached garage on an 18,474 sq ft lot; and construction of a detached garage addition and relocation of a 1,189 sq ft historically designated structure to function as guest quarters for an existing single-family residence on a 30,928 sq ft lot. The proposed new residence site is located at 7455 Hillside Drive in the La Jolla Community Planning Area (Portion of lot B of the resubdivision of La Jolla Hills Unit No. 2, Map No. 2087); and the proposed detached garage addition and guest quarters relocation site is located at 6303 La Jolla Scenic Drive South in the La Jolla Community Planning Area (Lot 4, Map No. 4983).
