Document Description
The proposed project would entail construction of new administration offices and operations facilities on 13.01 acres (before dedications) of RCSD owned property previously used for farming. Two separate permanent structures will be built. The Administration Office Building will consist of approximately 6,000 square feet while the Operations Building will provide approximately 3,000 s.f. for personnel usage and 7,000 s.f. for vehicle storage. The immediate area surrounding both buildings, the driveways accessing the facilities from 35th Street, and a portion of the storage area will be paved with asphaltic concrete or Portland Coment Concrete. This one site will centralize administration, maintenance, and storage facilities currently located in four separate areas around Rosamond.
