The project is for a Public Use Plan for the area near and including Rolling M Ranch Historic Zone within Chino Hills State Park and for construction of certain Public Use Facilities proposed in the Public Use Plan. The Public Use Plan includes proposals for new facilities at the Rolling M Ranch including separate family, group, and equestrian campgrounds; limited trail improvements; and removal of campsites and parking in biologically sensitive areas. The Public Use Facilities project, as currently proposed for consruction, represents implementation of a portion of the Public Use Plan.
