Document Description
City Council approval of Tentative Map No. 40-0789 and Rezone/Street Vacation/Planned Development Permit/Site Development Permit No. 40-0789 to subdivide a 3.66 acre vacant lot into 28 single family residential lots, 1 passive recreation open space lot, and 3 landscaped common lots, including new private streets, sidewalks, landscaping, and associated appurtenances. The site was previously graded and compacted in 1990 during the overall development of Scripps Sunburst Units 1 through 3. The proposed site development would require a rezone from the CN (Commercial Neighborhood) zone to the RX-1-2 (Residential - small lots, minimum 3,000 square foot lot size) zone. A street vacation is also required to vacate a remnant easement dedicated for MIssion Road. Applicant: Cal Sun Development Company.
