The proposed project is for construction of a new 2,860 square foot single family residence with attached 816 square foot garage and removal of 67 trees on a vacant wooded parcel located at 4134 Sunridge Road, in an existing subdivision in the Del Monte Forest Coastal Zone Area. Construction of the residence will require approximately 400 cubic yards of cut. Applicant is on the waiting list for water with Cal-Am and sewer services will be provided by the Pebble Beach Community Service District.
