Construction of a 24 foot wide, 2,700 foot long, paved access road (mostly over existing dirt road) for empty city trash trucks to exit the City's West Miramar Landfill and to access I-805. This proposal would bypass the main access at Convoy and SR52, thereby, saving 6 miles per trip.
