Document Description
The existing Century City Shopping Center currently provides a total of 760,125 gross leaseable square feet and includes the outdoor shops, movie theaters, the existing Gelson's Market and the Market place. The proposed project is the relocation of the existing Gelson's Market to the easterly Santa Monica Boulevard project frontage and the addition of expanded retail space near the Constellation Boulevard and Century Park west intersection (excluding the existing office building). The proposed project results in a net additional square footage of 71,766 gross leaseable square feet to the shopping center. The request is a site plan review for this renovation and expansion.
