Document Description
The County of Monterey and the Monterey County Redevelopment Agency (RDA) are proposing to create the Fort Ord Redevelopment Area consisting of approximately 20,350 acres located on the east side of State Highway 1. The proposed Redevelopment Plan will provide the RDA with the ability to undertake various redevelopment activities and financing mechanisms to achieve the desired reuse of the base.
