The proposed project will install concrete baffles to enhance fish passage in the existing Hilton Creek culvert, intersecting State Route 154 just south of the Bradbury Dam overlook at Caltrans milepost 13.06 in upper Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Barbara County. The culvert improvement is necessary to enhance fish passage and ensure compliance with the Federal Endangered Species Act.
