Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA#5-2002-0297) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Steve Letterly, The Irvine Company. The applicantr proposes to alter the streambed and bank by the development of the Irvine Company's Planning Area 9 (PA 9) residential housing development, impacting six unnamed drainages wthin the San Diego Creek Watershed. The proposed project will require the filling of all the drainages and the replacement of the unnamed drainage immediately upstream of the Trabuco Retarding Basin with a concrete box.
