CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0086-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, The Irvine Company, LLC. Project includes stream impacts associated with the Planning Area 6 Neighborhood 5B Project, Phase II. This Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2005-0026-R5) permitted stream impacts for the Planning Area 6, Phase II. This Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0086-R5, authorizes the remainder of stream impacts that have not yet occurred within the project area for Planning Area 6, Phase II. Portions of on-site drainages will be filled and/or replaced with underground storm drain infrastructure in order to create building pads. Work in Agua Chinon Wash is limited to widening the stream to establish the compensatory mitigation area. The project will permanently impact up to 2.38 acres of stream habitat that have not yet been impacted as a part of the Planning Area 6, Phase II project. The project will create, restore, and/or enhance at least 3.32 acres within Agua Chinon Wash.
