In accordance with mitigation measures contained in the EIR certified for the Northern Sphere project, a Phase II evaluation of the Irvine Valencia Growers Packing House was completed in June 2002 and finalized in January 2003. As a result of this study, new information has been presented to the City warranting additional environmental review pursuant to CEQA.
