Currently Grizzle Farms operates a cattle feeding operation within a portion (about half of the area) of this area which was permitted by special use permit (#472-80). The change would increase the amount of A-3 land in the county by 1,147 acres or to view it another way, it changes 1147 acres from A-2 to A-3.
