Document Description
Construction of a 12.1 acre neighborhood park in the Polo Grounds development. Construction will be phased to ultimately include: Grading irrigation, landscaping, utilites, multi-use sports play fields, children's play area, turf volleyball, basketball/multi-use lighted court, picnic shelter and family picnic facilities, off-street parking for approximately 50 vehicles, walks and security lighting, restrooms, gazebo with platform and grass amphitheater for performances, furnishings, parking lot lighting and associated development. Disc golf, jogging and other such activities may also be supported on site.
