Document Description
The applicant proposes to remove one culvert from a class II watercourse and alter the adjacent bed, bank, or channel. The culvert is located at a class II watercourse crossing described in the timber harvest plan (1-00-312-MEN) located on MRC property. The crossing is located approximately 6.3 miles inland from the coast and three quarters of a mile south on an appurtenant road intersecting the Philo Greenwood Road between Philo and Elk. Construction shall take place between the period of June 1 to October 31, 2001. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement 2000-1337, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Russ Shively, Mendocino Redwood Company.
