Document Description
The Operator will replace the existing bridge with a new 62-foot long by 29-foot wide reinforced concrete slab, two-span bridge. The Operator will remove the old bridge deck and bridge supports from the site. Concrete piles will be constructed and placed to support new bridge abutments at the top of Berenda Creek banks. Four (4) new 15-inch support piles will be placed in Berenda Creek. The channel of Berenda Creek will be graded to create a uniform access to the work area. Four hundred feet of asphalt roadway will be built at each end of the new bridge and tied into the existing roadway.
