Document Description
The Operator will enlarge an existing depression and construct a dam in order to impound water and create a farm pond approximately 100 feet long by 100 feet wide and from 5 to 10 feet in depth. The dam will be constructed of native soil and rock and sealed with a cement slurry. The bottom and sides of the pond will be sealed with bentonite.
