Document Description
This project involves the construction of a new access road and cart path for the Tayman Park Golf Course. This construction requires a crossing of a small ephemeral pipe with a combined length of approximately 90 feet. With the rock rip-rap energy dissipator downstream of each of the two lengths of culvert, a total of about 140 feet of ephemeral stream will be disturbed. Approximately 1,350 cubic yards of fill will be placed over the culverts to raise the road and cart path to the required elevation. Upon project completion, the fill over the culverts adjacent to the road and cart path will be treated to control erosion and reestablish the grassland vegetation. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0240 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
