The project site is located along "Selby Creek" in Napa County Assessor Parcel Number 021-030-100 at 3959 Silverado Trail, Calistoga, California 94515-9611. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-0397 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
