Document Description
Increase the quarterly and annual emission levels of the oxides of nitrogen (NOx), particulate matter less than 10 microns (PM10), and the reactive organic compounds (ROC) in order to increase the hours of operation at the Carson project. With the increased hours of operation, the Carson project will be able to provide more electricity to the Sacramento Municipal Utilities (SMUD) service area.
