Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement R2-2001-28 for bank stabilization on ragsdale Spill Channel. Activities include: 1) removing a concrete wall that has fallen and restricted water flows; 2) removing a failing wooden stabilization structure; 3) replacing the wooden structure with shotcrete (approximately 480 feet); and 4) removing trees 4" dbh or larger within the spill channel bottom. Trees within the banks will remain.
