This project will be constructed with the same basic alignment with negligible expansion beyond the current Right-of-Way (Class 1 Section 15301 (b) and (c). The additional Right-of-Way being acquired for curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements in less than 10,000 square feet in area with existing public services and facilities (Class 1 Section 15301 (e) (2).
