Document Description
The Department of General Services, Real Estate Services Division (RESD), on behalf of Department of Mental Health (DMH), proposes to pour cement patio and build a shade structure which shall extend approximately 15' by 41' and 15' by 47' on two sides of an existing structure (snack bar). This improvement is requested due to the extremely warm summer and fall temperatures in the area for the benefit of the community patronizing the facility during weekend softball tournaments at the Paloma Creek Park.
