Document Description
The applicant seeks a right to divert and store 75.1 AFA from an Unnamed stream, tributary to Oat Creek, thence Colusa Basin, thence Sacramento River, in Yolo County. The water will be stored via two existing onstream reservoirs. One reservoir (Upper Bandy) has a capacity of 26.1 AF and is formed by a 246 ft long, 22.5 ft high dam. The second reservoir (Lower Bandy) has a capacity of 49 AF and is formed by a 450 ft long, 21.5 ft high dam. The water will be collected for storage from September 1st to June 14th, and will be used for irrigation of 308 acres of existing vineyard.
