Vegetation removal project for the control of Yellow Star Thistle (Centaurea solstitialis) in the valley of Hunting Hollow in Henry W. Coe State Park. Control methods will include biological control (use of hairy weevil and other weevils, as approved for release by the California Department of Food and Agriculture), prescribed burn (in compliance with CDF and Bay Area AQM directives), manual removal, and herbicide control (Transline).
