Document Description
Wildflower Energy LP proposes to construct the Indigo Energy Facility, a nominal 135 MW simple-cycle natural gas power plant. The facility will connect to the 115KV transmission line that runs between the Garnet and Devers substations. The purpose is to provide Energy generation for the Summer/2001 and beyond.
