Document Description
Department of Water Resources is transferring all of its interest in the Bottle Rock Power Plant and the San Francisco Steamfield to Bottle Rock Power Corporation. The new owner intends to reactivate the steamfield and restart the power plant. Prior to commending operation, it will seek approval of the California Energy Commission, the County of Lake and any other regulatory agencies with jurisdiction over the plant or steamfield.
