Document Description
This project consists of constructing several erosion control and drainage structures in an unnamed ephemeral stream system tributary to Big Sulphur Creek off Pine Mountain Road northeast of Cloverdale. The structures will consist of rock energy dissipators in the bed of the ephemeral drainages where drainage pipes outlet. There is no fish habitat in this ephemeral stream. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number # R3-2000-1364 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
