Document Description
The Operator will use excess fill dirt from nearby the site to repair approximately 1,365 linear feet of erosion damage on the south bank of Salt Creek. Heavy construction equipment will deposit fill where the banks have been eroded. The in-fill will be moistened, compacted, and shaped to USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service specification. Vegetation will be planted on the south bank to armor and stabilize the repair. The Operator will use excess fill dirt from nearby the site to repair approximately 975 linear feet of erosion damage on the east bank of the Salt Creek Overflow channel. The repair procedures will be completed as described above. The Operator will clear vegetation and debris from the channel bottom and the lower 1/3 of the banks of Salt Creek and the Salt Creek Bypass. This work will be done by hand labor only. Debris will be placed in piles and burned.
