Document Description
The Operator proposes to place four 36-inch x 12-foot-long culverts side-by-side in a seasonal creek that drains into the Kern River. The Operator proposes to construct a road deck over these culverts. The Operator proposes to plant 25 trees in the project area. The Operator proposes to place landscape boulders and large rocks along the banks of the unnamed tributary of the Kern River. The Operator proposes to install an irrigation system on the floodplain to maintain landscaping. A pump will be placed in the Kern River to provide water for this irrigation system. The Operator proposes to construct a perimeter fence along the property boundary. The Operator proposes to construct a corral for horses and animals.
