Document Description
Rezone of a portion of a 194.62 acre parcel zone CT (Coastal Timber), A-20 (General Agriculture) and RCA-1 (General Designated Resource Conservation Area) to TPZ (Timber Reserve). The zoning designation has the same intent; primary permitted uses, and uses requiring a Use Permit. The Project would allow the property owner to realize tax benefits available in TPZ that are not available in CT. No development is proposed, and no physical changes will occur.
