The Marin Sonoma Narrows (MSN) HOV Widening Project B2 is one segment of the overall MSN Project is limited to upgrading the existing U.S. 101 four lane expressways into a full access freeway, replacing the existing South Petaluma Boulevard interchange with a new interchange, construction of frontage roads on both sides of U.S. 101 for maintaining access to intersecting roadways and adjacent parcels and widening of the Petaluma River Bridge.
