As part of the development of the Creekside Village Apartments, the operator proposes to construct a retaining wall and outfall structure that will impact an unnamed tributary to Kirker Creek. The project is located on an unnamed tributary to Kirker Creek along Kirker Pall Road, opposite Castlewood Drive in Pittsburg, Contra Coasta County. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0093 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Chris Valeriote/Tierra Nova Developments.
