Document Description
The modification proposes to relocate the dentention basin shown on Parcel X to the Steiner lands APN 511-411-87 and subdivide Parcel X to create Lots 21 and 22. The Mckinleyville Community Services District has agreed to operate and maintain the basin as part of their recreational open space zone. Creation of the detention facility on the Steiner lands will require vacation of easements previously dedicated to the County.
