Document Description
A modification to a Final Map Subdivision effective June 19, 2001. The modified subdivision subdivides a 3.8 acre parcel zoned and planned for residential single-family use into twenty-two (22) residential lots and utilizes a common detention basin on the Steiner lands APN 511-441-87. The McKinleyville Community Services District has agreed to operate and maintain the basin as part of their recreational open space zone. A Special Permit for drainage facilities within the Streamside Management Area (SMA) to direct stormwater runoff to the detention pond. The proposed residential lots will range in size from 5,250 square feet to 9,160 square feet. An exception is requested for the minimum lot width for one parcel to allow for a flag lot. All parcels are to be served by public sewer and water.
