Document Description
A Final Map Subdivision of a 3.8 acre parcel zoned and planned for residential single-family use into twenty (20) residential lots plus a commons lot to accommodate a stormwater detention basin, which is proposed to be dedicated to the McKinleyville Community Services District. The proposed residential lots will range in size from 5,250 square feet to 9,160 square feet, with the detention basin lot to be 0.5 acres. An exception is requested for the minimum lot width for one parcel to allow for a flag lot. All parcels are to be served by public sewer and water.
