The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2010-0066-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Bohemia Properties LLC. The project is limited removal of an existing vehicle access bridge over the Wise Canal with construction of a new vehicle access bridge in the same area and realignment and piping of 1,120 lineal feet of Fiddlers Green Canal. The project also entails removal of numerous oak trees associated with section of Fiddlers Green Canal.
