Tentative Parcel Map 01T-8 to divide an 11.7+/- acre parcel into two parcels: Parcel 1 - 6.7 +/- acres and Parcel 2 - 5.0+/- acres. The project site is zoned RE-5:MX (Residential Estate, five acre minimum: Mobilehome Exclusion combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. Located at 19722 Westview Drive, adjacent to the west side of the Confidence Ridge Subdivision. Access is provided to the project site by Westview Drive, which intersects Confidence Road approximately one mile south of the intersection of State Route 108 and Confidence Road. A portion of the southwest 1/4 of Section 10 and the northwest 1/4 of Section 15, Township 2 North, Range 16 East.
