Document Description
The project consists of a capital improvement project to allow realignment of a portion of an existing sanitary sewer line, and storm drain improvements including the installation of 1,700 linear feet of storm drain pipeline and replacement of an existing 12-inch outfall with a 54-inch outfall on the Guadalupe River in Santa Clara County. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-1033 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Gary Thompson, City of San Jose Department of Public Works.
