Document Description
A Special Permit application. The applicant proposes a California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CDF), Less Than Three Acre Conversion Exemption, for the removal of approximately 22 trees on a residential parcel for increased yard space and future house site. A Class II watercourse and wet area are located on a portion of the parcel near the north property line. Tree removal will occur greater than 60 feet from the watercourse. Residual slash material will be hauled off-site. The approximately 1.8 acre parcel is currently developed with an existing single family residence and a detached garage. The parcel is served by community sewer and water.
