Document Description
The City of Brentwood proposes to establish an industrial park on approximately 28.8 acres, expand an existing sports complex, consolidate existing municipal facilities into a corporation yard, and undertake infrastructure improvements necessary to implement the proposed development, including roadway and water main extensions. The proposed project also includes rezoning of the project site and adoption of a final subdivision map to accommodate the proposed land uses.
